Yilan Derun Dalianhe Straw Gasification Clean Energy Utilization Project in Harbin, Heilongjiang, further realizes combined heat and power generation through bioga by adopting anaerobic fermentation process to produce biogas from crop straw. The overall scale of the project is 4MW. After completion and operation, it is expected to consume 90,000-100,000 tons of agricultural and forestry biomass straw annually. The designed production capacity is 16 million m³ of biogas per year. Imported generator sets are adopted. All electric power is incorporated into the national power grid for sales. The annual power generation capacity is 32 million kW·h. The fermentation liquid is subjected to solid-liquid separation treatment. The biogas residues are used to produce solid organic fertilizers, most of the biogas slurry is directed to an anaerobic fermentation tank, and the rest is used as organic fertilizers in farmland and organic vegetable bases, with an annual output of 40,000 to 45,000 tons of efficient organic fertilizers.
